Terms of Use
By using CreaLink you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use CreaLink
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
What CreaLink is
CreaLink helps creators and clients find each other and collaborate. We provide the platform, not the work, contracts, or payments arranged between users.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content. Do not harass, spam, impersonate others, or claim work that is not yours. Do not scrape the service or attempt to break its security.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant CreaLink a limited licence to host and display it so the service can work. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.
Payments and commissions
CreaLink does not process payments or hold funds in this version. Rates, deliverables, and payment are agreed directly between users, so settle terms before work begins.
Moderation
We may review, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can report abuse from within the app.
Disputes between users
Disagreements about work, scope, or payment are between the users involved. CreaLink is not responsible for resolving them.
Service as is
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that you will find work or collaborators.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CreaLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for dealings between users.
Ending access
You can stop using CreaLink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we will flag significant changes in the app.
