Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CreaLink collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the CreaLink website and app.
What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your email and display name. Profile details you add, such as your headline, bio, roles, tools, availability, rates, and links.
Content you create, including portfolio uploads, projects, applications, invites, and messages.
Usage data, including privacy-safe events about how the product is used and standard server logs.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: show profiles, match creators and clients, deliver messages, and keep accounts secure. We also use aggregate usage data to improve the product and to detect abuse.
What others can see
Your public profile and portfolio are visible to other users. People you message can see what you send them. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We share data with vendors that help us run CreaLink: app and API hosting (Vercel, Render), database (Neon), file storage (Cloudflare R2), and email (Resend). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We hold your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Profile settings, which removes your profile, portfolio, and messages. Some records may remain briefly in backups and logs.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Session tokens are hashed, and access to your content is checked on every request.
Your rights
You can view, correct, or delete your information from your account, or by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable time.
Children
CreaLink is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and we will flag significant changes in the app.
